1. What documents do I need to rent a car?
You'll need a valid driver's license, a passport or ID, and a credit or debit card in the driver's name.
2. Is there a minimum age to rent?
Yes, the primary driver must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may have a young driver surcharge.
3. Can I pay in cash?
For security reasons, we only accept card payments (credit or debit) at the time of booking or vehicle pick-up.
4. Is insurance included in the price?
Yes, basic insurance is included. You can add extra coverage, like full damage protection, during booking.
5. Can I add an additional driver?
Absolutely. An extra driver can be added for a small daily fee and must provide a valid license.
6. What is the fuel policy?
We operate a full-to-full policy: you receive the car with a full tank and should return it the same way.
7. Can I pick up the car in one city and drop it in another?
Yes, one-way rentals are available. A drop-off fee may apply depending on the location.
8. What happens if I return the car late?
Late returns may incur an additional hourly or daily charge. Contact us in advance if you expect a delay.
9. Do you offer child seats or GPS?
Yes, child seats, GPS devices, and other extras can be reserved in advance for an additional fee.
10. How can I modify or cancel my booking?
You can manage your booking online or contact our support team. Free changes or cancellations are available up to 24 hours before pick-up.
